Teacher of the Month: Sherri Condon
Sherri Condon has been at Spark since the beginning, and as the Fiber Arts Lead, she has been dedicated to offering exciting Fiber Arts and Sewing classes ever since!
Sherri truly exemplifies excellence in teaching; she is inviting, engaging, and supportive. She excels at breaking tasks down into steps and walking her students through the project, seeing it through to completion. Her teaching style empowers students to feel a sense of accomplishment and understanding.
She is known for her class "Sew it!" which gives an in-depth intro to all things sewing. Students are walked through the entire sewing process, from navigating the sewing machine, to hand sewing, to learning how to shop for the right supplies, to threading, cutting, and laying out a pattern, and more!
This four-part class has been popular in the past and is currently being offered weekly from November 11th to December 9th. If sewing piques your interest but you don't know where to start, this is the perfect class for you. For more information and to buy tickets, click HERE.
