No Refund Policy
Thank you for your understanding, for being a part of our Spark family, and for your dedication to our shared vision and mission.
Why Don't We Offer Refunds?
To ensure the quality of the programs and workshops we offer, we incur various costs associated with the preparation and facilitation of each class. Our instructors, many of whom are seasoned professionals, are compensated for their time, effort, and expertise.
Our class sizes are limited so that we may give better individual attention. Unexpected cancellations can hinder our ability to pay our dedicated teachers and negatively impact our bottom line. As a non-profit organization, every penny counts.
All Class Registrations are Final and Non-Refundable
In the event you cannot attend your class, we have a flexible transfer policy whereby you may allow your registration to be used by another person of your choosing (provided they meet the class age and skill level requirements.)
If Spark Makerspace needs to change or cancel a class, we will notify all registrants as soon as possible, and refund the class cost and fees.
By maintaining this policy, we can ensure that our non-profit remains strong, vibrant, and able to continue offering exceptional educational experiences to all.
All of our classes and events will show up here as soon as we know they're happening, so this is the first and best place to keep yourself in-the-know!
We keep our class sizes low to ensure the best possible experience for our students, so remember to reserve your spot early or risk missing out!
We use Eventbrite for all classes and event ticket sales!
